Malida Recipe
Malida is a traditional and sacred dish often prepared and offered during various religious and cultural occasions in the Indian subcontinent. The dish represents a symbol of offering and devotion, and it is typically distributed among family, friends, and the community as a way of sharing blessings and celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup grated jaggery
- 1tsp of Nickmics green cardamom powdered
- 1/2 cup of Nickmics dryfruits
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- Mix wheat flour, semolina, ghee, jaggery powder & cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Knead the dough with milk. Make parathas using ghee while roasting.
- Make pieces of parathas & grind them into a coarse powder. Add a little grated, Nickmics dry fruits & grind again.
- Malida is ready to serve.
