Divinely Delicious Dhaniya Panjiri: A Special Recipe to Celebrate the Joyous Occasion of Krishna Janmashtami. This delightful treat is not only a symbol of devotion but also a sweet and aromatic indulgence that adds to the festive fervour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nickmics coriander, seeds powdered
  • 1 cup Nickmics lotus seeds / Nickmics plain makhana
  • 4 tbsp Nickmics almonds
  • 4 tbsp Nickmics melon seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Nickmics green cardamon powder
  • 8 tbsp ghee

Recipe

  • In a pan add ghee and roast makhana & dry fruits until they turn light golden brown.
  • Keep aside.
  • In the same pan on low heat roast coriander for 8-10 minutes. Once you get a rich aroma turn off the flame.
  • Crush the roasted makhana & roughly chop the dry fruits.
    In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Add sugar as per taste & mix well.
  • Serve the prashad to kanha ji & distribute the prasad.
  • Store in an airtight container.
