Dhaniya Panjiri Recipe
Divinely Delicious Dhaniya Panjiri: A Special Recipe to Celebrate the Joyous Occasion of Krishna Janmashtami. This delightful treat is not only a symbol of devotion but also a sweet and aromatic indulgence that adds to the festive fervour.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Nickmics coriander, seeds powdered
- 1 cup Nickmics lotus seeds / Nickmics plain makhana
- 4 tbsp Nickmics almonds
- 4 tbsp Nickmics melon seeds
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Nickmics green cardamon powder
- 8 tbsp ghee
Recipe
- In a pan add ghee and roast makhana & dry fruits until they turn light golden brown.
- Keep aside.
- In the same pan on low heat roast coriander for 8-10 minutes. Once you get a rich aroma turn off the flame.
- Crush the roasted makhana & roughly chop the dry fruits.
In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Add sugar as per taste & mix well. - Serve the prashad to kanha ji & distribute the prasad.
- Store in an airtight container.
