White Sesame Seeds Chutney Recipe
Sesame seeds are excellent sources of manganese & calcium, both of which help your bones grow healthy & strong. Other vitamins & minerals found in sesame seeds include phosphorous. Sesame seeds chutney is an excellent way to consume sesame seeds in your diet daily.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nickmics sesame seeds
- 2 cups dry chillis (adjust as per your taste for hotness)
Salt to taste
Recipe
- Roast 1 cup of Nickmics sesame seeds in a pan till light golden brown.
- Roast it on low flame.
- Once you get the aroma of sesame seeds, remove them from a plate & cool.
- Dry roast the dry red chillis.
- In a grinder add Nickmics sesame seeds, dry red chillis & salt. Grind into a fine powder.
- Remove it to an airtight jar. Add 1 tsp of roasted sesame seed.
- Mix well. It’s ready to serve with meals.
