Dry Fruit Lassi Recipe
Dry fruit lassi is a delicious and nutritious variation of the traditional Indian yogurt-based beverage called lassi. It is made by blending yogurt and a variety of dry fruits together to create a creamy and flavorful drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick curd
- 2tbsp Nickmics Almonds
- 2tbsp Nickmics Pistachios
- 1 Nickmics Dry Fig (Anjeer Chopped)
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Recipe
- In a blender jar add curd, dry fruits, sugar & salt.
- Blend it and everything should be well combined.
- Pour in the glass & serve chilled.
