Jowar Atta Pancake Recipe
Jowar is a summer millet crop with various health benefits. Jowar pancake is a great recipe to add millets to your breakfast or as a evening snack. Jowar boost protein, fibre, vitamin B & iron.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Nickmics jowar atta
- 1 grated apple
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped Nickmics walnut
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped Nickmics almonds
- 3 tbsp grated jaggery
- 3 tbsp ghee used while cooking pancakes
- 3/4 cup milk
Jowar Atta Pancake Recipe
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
- Heat a pan and add the mixture.
- Apply ghee & let it cook till light brown color.
- Flip the pancake & cook till light brown color.
- Make all pancakes similarly.
- Serve immediately.
