Jowar Atta Pancake Recipe

Jowar is a summer millet crop with various health benefits. Jowar pancake is a great recipe to add millets to your breakfast or as a evening snack. Jowar boost protein, fibre, vitamin B & iron.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Nickmics jowar atta
  • 1 grated apple
  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped Nickmics walnut
  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped Nickmics almonds
  • 3 tbsp grated jaggery
  • 3 tbsp ghee used while cooking pancakes
  • 3/4 cup milk

Jowar Atta Pancake Recipe

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
  • Heat a pan and add the mixture.
  • Apply ghee & let it cook till light brown color.
  • Flip the pancake & cook till light brown color.
  • Make all pancakes similarly.
  • Serve immediately.
