Masala peanuts are a popular Indian snack known for their crunchy texture and flavorful taste. It’s a great healthy snack & an appetizer to go with cocktails & mocktails.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nickmics roasted & salted without skin peanuts
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 1½ tsp lime juice
  • 1tsp chaat masala
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Red chili powder to taste

Recipe

  • In a large bowl add Nickmics Peanuts.
  • Add all ingredients together & mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy as a healthy snack or with your drinks for a starter.
