Masala Peanuts Recipe
Masala peanuts are a popular Indian snack known for their crunchy texture and flavorful taste. It’s a great healthy snack & an appetizer to go with cocktails & mocktails.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nickmics roasted & salted without skin peanuts
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 2 green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 1½ tsp lime juice
- 1tsp chaat masala
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Red chili powder to taste
Recipe
- In a large bowl add Nickmics Peanuts.
- Add all ingredients together & mix well.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack or with your drinks for a starter.
