Multigrain Cheela Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nickmics multigrain cheela mix
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped (optional), chopped coriander
- 1 green chilli chopped
- Oil as required while cooking
- Water as required
Multigrain Cheela Recipe :
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients & adjust the salt.
- Add water & make medium consistency & mix well.
- Heat Tava & season it with oil.
- With a ladle spread the batter on the tava & add oil from all sides.
- Let it cook till light golden brown & flip to the other side & repeat the same process.
- Serve hot.
