Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nickmics Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 cup Urad dal (black)
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp Nickmics fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp chilli & ginger paste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Water as required

Recipe

  • Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds together. Soak atleast for 4-5 hours.
  • Drain well & grind it to a smooth paste.
  • Mix Nickmics ragi flour and urad dal paste & set it to ferment overnight.
  • Add all the spices, chilli & ginger paste & rice flour. Add water & mix well without forming any lumps.
  • The batter should be flowing consistently.
  • Pour the batter on a hot tawa & spread it like dosa.
  • Increase the heat and apply oil from all sides. Cover for 2 minutes & let it cool.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
