Ragi Dosa

Ingredients
- 2 cups Nickmics Ragi Flour
- 1/2 cup Urad dal (black)
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp Nickmics fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp chilli & ginger paste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Water as required
Recipe
- Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds together. Soak atleast for 4-5 hours.
- Drain well & grind it to a smooth paste.
- Mix Nickmics ragi flour and urad dal paste & set it to ferment overnight.
- Add all the spices, chilli & ginger paste & rice flour. Add water & mix well without forming any lumps.
- The batter should be flowing consistently.
- Pour the batter on a hot tawa & spread it like dosa.
- Increase the heat and apply oil from all sides. Cover for 2 minutes & let it cool.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
