White Sesame Seeds Chutney Recipe

Sesame seeds are excellent sources of manganese & calcium, both of which help your bones grow healthy & strong. Other vitamins & minerals found in sesame seeds include phosphorous. Sesame seeds chutney is an excellent way to consume sesame seeds in your diet daily.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nickmics sesame seeds
  • 2 cups dry chillis (adjust as per your taste for hotness)
    Salt to taste

Recipe

  • Roast 1 cup of Nickmics sesame seeds in a pan till light golden brown.
  • Roast it on low flame.
  • Once you get the aroma of sesame seeds, remove them from a plate & cool.
  • Dry roast the dry red chillis.
  • In a grinder add Nickmics sesame seeds, dry red chillis & salt. Grind into a fine powder.
  • Remove it to an airtight jar. Add 1 tsp of roasted sesame seed.
  • Mix well. It’s ready to serve with meals.
